I’m Emma Keith, founder of The Knighton Group. I work with leaders across the cultural and creative sectors to turn vision into action, whether that’s building new revenue streams, producing standout digital content, or shaping strategic plans that deliver lasting impact.
I’m a digital pioneer behind National Theatre Live (cinema), National Theatre at Home (streaming), and National Theatre Collection (education).

Previously Managing Director of Digital at the National Theatre, I launched platforms like National Theatre at Home, scaled National Theatre Live globally, and built the in-house Content Production Studio. Now, through The Knighton Group, I help organisations shape bold strategies, produce high-impact digital content, and build meaningful connections with audiences.
I work best where creativity meets complexity, and where there’s ambition to do things differently. Alongside my consultancy work, I serve on the Board of One Dance UK and on the Alumni Advisory Group at King’s College London.
