About Emma Keith &

The Knighton Group

The Story

I am a strategic leader with a strong track record in digital transformation, audience engagement, and sustainable commercial growth across the arts, culture and creative industries. I’ve spent the past 15+ years leading digital innovation in the cultural sector, from launching the award-winning National Theatre at Home streaming service, and scaling National Theatre Live, to establishing the Content Production Studio at the National Theatre. I oversaw large-scale content distribution, ensuring innovation that aligned with the organisation’s mission.

I’ve led cross-functional teams, built strategic partnerships, and contributed to major organisational change. Now, through The Knighton Group, I collaborate with organisations ready to think differently. My work blends strategic clarity, creative vision, and a pragmatic approach to getting things done. I work closely with leadership and senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful digital growth and cultural impact.

I serve on the board of One Dance UK, and on the alumni advisory group for King’s College London. I trained in dance before working at Arts Council England and the UK Film Council. I hold an MA in Digital Culture & Technology from King’s College London.

The Values

Creative integrity. Strategic ambition.
Kind collaboration. Real-world results.

The Name

When I moved into my forever home, Knighton House, it marked a new chapter in my life. When starting this venture, naming it after the place I love felt right. A reflection of why I do this work, to create a flexible, fulfilling career that allows me to provide for my family and spend meangingful time with them.

Knighton House is a place of energy, honesty, and inspiration. It’s how I like to work.
