Welcome to The Knighton Group
The Knighton Group helps cultural institutions, arts organistions and creative leaders navigate the evolving digital landscape with confidence and purpose.
I’m Emma Keith, a digital pioneer behind National Theatre Live (cinema), National Theatre at Home (streaming) and National Theatre Collection (education).
I specialise in helping creative and content led organisations design sustainable, audience-focused digital strategies that honour artistic integrity while embracing innovation.
Whether you’re launching something new or scaling existing activity, I help arts and cultural organisations to grow digital audiences, generate sustainable revenue, and shape strategies that balance creative ambition with long-term impact.
From early planning to final delivery, I work alongside teams to capture and distribute live performance in ways that are creatively authentic, technically strong and built to reach and resonate with digital audiences.
With experience navigating complex rights environments, I help organisations make confident decisions about licensing, protect their creative assets and unlock long-term value through smart future-proof approaches to IP and digital distribution.
I’m a digital strategist with a background in transforming audience engagement and driving sustainable growth across the arts and cultural sector.
Before founding The Knighton Group, I was Managing Director of Digital at the National Theatre, leading initiatives like National Theatre at Home and global content partnerships.
I work closely with organisations to design digital strategies that balance creative ambition with commercial success. Alongside my consultancy work, I serve on the Board of One Dance UK and the Alumni Advisory Group at King’s College London.
